Sets out the role of the forum, its objectives and how it will operate.

The Judicial Diversity Forum is the body responsible for coordinating efforts to encourage judicial diversity.

Under these 2020 terms of reference, the JDF agreed to publish a combined statistical report to bring together data on the diversity of the judiciary, judicial appointments and from the relevant professional bodies.
