Nicolina Andall

Professional Commissioner: solicitor

Nicolina Andall  has been appointed to the JAC as a Professional Commissioner for a term of three years commencing 1 July 2024. She has been a Qualified Solicitor since 2001 with her professional history spanning the City and 3 International Companies as Senior Counsel including latterly as an Executive Director.  She has been a member of the Advisory Board for Halsburys Laws of England since 2016. Since 2018, Nicolina has been an Independent Panel Member for the Ministry of Justice and the Department for Transport.  She was appointed as a Lay Member of the London Recruitment Advisory Committee, Lord Chancellor’s Department in 2020 and was promoted to Deputy Chair in 2024.   She has been a NED for a range of organisations for the past 10 years including being Chair of her Local Chamber of Commerce.
